Still dwelling on #BlueJays game. Even tho Varland did great, why did Schneider take Gaus out when he did? KG is probably our best pitcher. He had 7 starts of 100+ pitches this season. The way he was going, he could have gotten us thru at least another inning. Too bad he isn’t “psycho” like Max.

The loss tonight ranks right up there with the worst of them during this 31+ year stretch of #BlueJays misery. To avoid making it 32, we need to win two at home where we’ve been great all year. I’m hopeful but prepared for disappointment.

Steps PM Carney could take to help 🇨🇦:
Remove tariffs on Chinese EV's so they stop penalizing our canola farmers.
Once again, use the WTO to show that US tariffs on our softwood is illegal.
Make Stellantis repay their loans.
Re-implement the DST.
Cancel the F-35 order and build Gripen-E's in Canada.

Yeah, I would’ve kept him in, even for only an extra out of two. He was on 88 pitches. Even at 95 to 100 he’d be fine for … let’s hope … a Monday game 7 on normal rest.

Since the PM is all about strong action in the national interest, it’s time to play hardball. Expropriate shuttered plants belonging to US carmakers & offer them to INTL carmakers for $1/year lease w/ matching public $$$ for plant modernization. Trump isn’t playing fair; why should we? #ElbowsUp
