Yes, I had seen stories about the El Salvador prison before, but yes, the 60 Minutes piece (reposted by a few from Global TV’s app) did advance the story with more evidence and first-hand accounts that Venezuelan migrants didn’t deserve to be sent there and human rights are being violated.

I agree with that point actually. Canadian spelling is a mixture of American, British and our own, but 'ise' endings aren't something we commonly use here. We use the American 'ize' but the British-like 'our' endings, for example. Good for us.

So this is why Trump is threatening tariffs on Canadian potash - because he'd rather get it from Russia's ally, Belarus (from the NYT).
