Velvet Ants are not ants, but solitary wasps. Only males fly; females like this one are wingless. They run almost nonstop, looking for burrows of other ground-nesting wasps and bees, which they parasitize. They can sting but are not aggressive. She was small, under 1 cm. Pryor Mountains, Montana 🐙🌿

Tbh I feel envy when I hear people say "god has a plan for me" or "its in gods hands" etc. I stopped going to church when I was 5 bc everyone talked about "feeling the spirit" & I felt nothing & assumed there was something wrong w/me. Thru my life people have told me to search for God when I suffer,

I would have liked to have filmed the inking of this tiny wren and the shrub's very fine branches with this brush, but I needed to get especially close to the piece for this and it would have been too awkward.

Exactly this. "Theres been an update to the LLM and the new code is creating bugs when interacting with the old." You're going to need to know how to read whats in there and figure out where the oil is leaking from, which means you're going to need a basic understanding of how it works at least.

I work in statistics for a fortune 10 company and my boss has recently started pushing AI on us, except he only wants us to use it to do things we *already* know how to do. Saves time is all. Cant fact check its work if you cant get the answer yourself. (everyone should still learn coding)
