As the holidays approach, remember that it’s ok to rest.
It’s ok to say “no” to social events.
It’s ok to unplug.
When you’re chronically ill, energy is a precious resource and the holidays can be draining.
Set and hold boundaries.
You’re allowed to protect your baseline.

I do understand the reaction of some people complaining about lobby journalists, but this is a really bad move. It's a shift to a more US style and does limit transparency of government, which is limited enough as it is.
