"Vance marinates his brain in the far-right slop of X (née Twitter), the website Elon Musk turned into a swamp of misinformation and propaganda, and engages with the no-longer-fringe users driving it." Perhaps, but more likely it's the bargain that Putin struck directly with Peter Thiel...
JD Vance pushed the recent Russia-friendly "peace" plan, effectively trying to get Ukraine to surrender.

It didn't work.

But it's hardly the first time. Why does he keep trying to help Russia win? Because he's a far right ideologue who sees Putin as a culture war champion.

New from me, in @ms.now
Opinion | Why JD Vance keeps trying to help Russia win the war with Ukraine
The vice president pushed a Russia-friendly peace plan — which tracks with his far-right worldview that sees Putin as an “anti-woke” culture war ally, says Nicholas Grossman.

Breaking news: Government officials said they are increasingly concerned that the Trump administration intends to scapegoat the military officer who directed U.S. forces to kill survivors of a targeted strike on suspected drug smugglers in Latin America.

As Congress vows accountability, the Trump administration emphasized it was a top military commander — not the defense secretary — who directed the engagement.

Honestly, gonna start muting "ICC." It's not relevant. It has no jurisdiction. It's not gonna arrest anyone and bring them to the Hague in irons.
Let. It. Go.
He knows that Trump will pardon him and protect him from the ICC.

It will take America *decades*—not merely years—to recover from what these robber barons did to us.

They destroyed our government, caused untold pain to the average American directly and indirectly, and used our money as their piggy bank.

And all of it *should* have been criminal.

Now, if you mess up your taxes, the IRS has to tell you where you made a mistake and how to fix it.

No more spending a fortune on lawyers or hours to find errors.

That means fewer headaches and more money in your pocket.
