Couple of random bits. Been busy, don't have much time for detailed explanations.

Mobikonomics

This is about economic impact that is flying under the radar. It's not about recipient of money (might as well be stolen by higerups or scammers). It's about dysfunctional system and why it's about to break.

Couple of things.

People looking at budget/cash flow issues (I did mention this months ago). And calculating how expensive are bonds at hideous rates. And how it affects rest of economy. Let's go further. I mean it's there and increasing. And it becomes monster of its own.

Dear ChatGPT, can you please do small investigation for me

To recap.

Trump puts sanctions on Rosneft and Lukoil.
Next day Putin says he doesn't care about sanctions.
Day after Dmitriev flies to USA for.. (to beg and/or threaten?)
Today Lukoil announces it will sell all overseas assets.

Non-serious stuff time.

Conspiracy theories.

Let's start with this one.
October 27, 2025 at 5:59 PM
Two things to update.
1st - CBR key rate decision. I guess no surprises here. Too many covered this.
2nd - Rosneft and Lukoil sanctions - this could be big if properly enforced.

So back to waiting for things to change.
Meanwhile will do non-serious stuff.

From tank factory. Your idea of factory <> reality. Here we see 4 dudes using flat file to "adjust" ready made part.

And are they building BMPs out of aluminium? Spot another shenanigans.

I mean it's fine for car restoration project. But mass production of heavy vehicles?

As described - St. Petersburg. Make no mistake, it's just people partying. Although the song could invite attention from police. I'm looking at indication that did not happen. Can it continue?

I have a question. How much was the invoice?
October 13, 2025 at 9:07 PM
Let me tell you mind-blowing story.

Things that not many could connect.

Thing Trump said and did will not sound insane anymore.

It will describe impact on RU economy at the end.

Wanted to leave a comment. There was news about profitability of gas stations. While that's on the radar, this one has less spotlight. It's the lorry queues at Kazakhstan and Chinese borders.
October 11, 2025 at 7:50 PM
That's what autumn rains do to gravel road in any country.

You need big boy toys (Graders, Excavators, Lorries) to have nice road.

RU is unable to properly maintain most of roads. Like since forever.

The problem described is literally page 2.

1\ Interfax reporting strongly suggests that Russia is aiming to raise 6.981 trillion roubles in revenue from borrowing in 2025.

Their numbers don't make much sense otherwise.

This looks like a serious problem for Russia.

(But I still haven't found the budget law documents to be sure).
Russian govt submits draft amendments to 2025 budget with deficit of 2.6% of GDP to State Duma
MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) - A bill on introducing amendments to the 2025 budget providing for an increase in the deficit from 1.7% of GDP to 2.6% of GDP has been submitted to the State Duma, with the text of the document and accompanying materials published in the Duma's database.

Today. Does this factory matters or not - doesn't matter. But context does.
Russian Telegram channels report a fire on the roof of Ural Turbine plant in Russian Yekaterinburg.

The plant produces equipment for energy infrastructure, including nuclear power plants, thermal power plants and ships with nuclear installations.
