That's the acquisition cost.

Now, what happens if you have "workplace accident".

Let's say 1 out 5 gets lucky and family gets some immediate monetary reward and maybe some kind annuities in form of pension + bonus.

So, the financial incentives are high. High risk, high reward. You can get 10m debt forgiven. Avg 2mil upon signing contract (split 200k from federal govt, remaining from regional budget) and 200k/mo salary.

Mobikonomics

This is about economic impact that is flying under the radar. It's not about recipient of money (might as well be stolen by higerups or scammers). It's about dysfunctional system and why it's about to break.

I find the numbers bunk as well. But pay attention to where they estimate number of wagons. Coal takes 30% of share, but uses 45% of wagons.

Better seen as picture. Some abnormal growth on background for news of bad financial results.

One of the fantastical things are local gypsies snatching the MTLB(?) that has run out of fuel and left uncrewed.

Yup. I'm essentially looking for time where you can get away with it. Not yet. My sincerest gratitude for bravery though.

If you really have to

From tank factory. Your idea of factory <> reality. Here we see 4 dudes using flat file to "adjust" ready made part.

And are they building BMPs out of aluminium? Spot another shenanigans.

I mean it's fine for car restoration project. But mass production of heavy vehicles?

As described - St. Petersburg. Make no mistake, it's just people partying. Although the song could invite attention from police. I'm looking at indication that did not happen. Can it continue?

And that's recurring theme where infrastructure screams for replacement.
