it honestly wasn't the WORST, it did knock down the anxiety (which was helpful), but when I felt it kick in I was definitely like ohhhhhh here comes the picture show..... lmao

before I resort to tranq-darting myself I think I need to try taking melatonin earlier in the evening though. like an hour or two before bed. weed has also been so-so but I realized that the budtender sold me a sativa cart even though I asked for an insomnia rec so I might try a different strain...

Glass Of Milk Before Bed was a bust. melatonin has been meh. but I just asked my gastro about non-constipating alternatives to zofran (for when I get migraines) and when he mentioned phenergan I was like 👀 I know that shit sedates me bc of the time I accidentally took one before a big work event lol

like I've seen people talk about being afraid to go to the dentist for the past 5+ years in case they get sick and on one hand I Get It but also the immediate health risk of untreated dental problems is WAY more concerning than the risk of almost any infectious disease! the risk calculus is off!
