Today's #SpacetoberChallenge: Spacecraft.

So here are a few Astronaut Vessels. Each one shows an astronaut traveling in a well-worn craft. I started painting these after a health scare, but they evolved to reflect the marks life makes on our physical and mental state over time.

Photopea is free (though you should donate if you like it!) and can run in a web browser. It's probably not great for drawing or painting in, but I've enjoyed it for editing.

I think I would have been more interested in The Lord of the Rings if I understood that Tolkien was an anarchist. Now that I know, it makes total sense to me, and I also want to read The Lord of the Rings.

The Tumblr Changes blog is talking about implementing ads into individual Tumblr pages unless you pay for their overpriced hosting, which is something they kind of had before, but never on a public facing custom theme, which makes me think they're going to fuck the functionality of my art gallery.

I'm trying to not impulse adopt a puppy. The annoying thing is aside from vetwork I'm set up for two dogs so it would cost me almost nothing to bring him home. But I work so much I feel bad leaving my current dog alone all day.

I finally got a library card today. It was overdue. I was nervous to go in there because I knew I would be awkward, but also the person covering the shift at the library today was also someone who works at my job haha.
