Would be hard to top Jim Garner's performance. Everyone said my dad looked like Jim Rockford (and there was a passing likeness there) so I have very fond memories of this show. Got bought it all for my birthday last year and have been working my way through it.

Reminded this evening of when my daughter was last in hospital. I was stood in hospital reception someone came up to me and said "Doctor Dixon? You're late." I corrected her but there's a whole timeline out there of me in scrubs out of my depth. 😅

I love the Leaphorn and Chee books, and the TV adaptation and casting are brilliant. Apparently Tony Hillerman's daughter has written new stories but I've not read any of those. 😊

Furnace tomorrow in Sheffield. I've been running con games for many years now but still get 'pre-match jitters'. Already checked ten times I have all the pregens etc in my bag. I want my players to have fun, so I hope they do! 😅
