Tesla scales back Robotaxi fleet goal in Austin

The Tesla Robotaxi fleet in Austin has only about 30 Model Ys in use. When we compare 60 vehicles to the 500 cars promised just weeks ago, the difference is huge. Tesla will miss its year-end goal by almost 90%.

Tesla scales back Robotaxi fleet goal in Austin
The announced doubling of the Tesla Robotaxi fleet in Austin only brings the total number of supervised EVs to about 60, a massive shortfall from the 500 vehicles the company promised just weeks ago.

There is an extraordinary sense of entitlement behind the belief that there ought to be political party that aligns 100% with your own opinions.

Donald Trump hates me, and the feeling is mutual.

I believe he is a criminal and an authoritarian who is trying to destroy our democracy and the rule of law. I spend a considerable amount of my time fighting against him and his enablers in court and in public discourse.

This is an example of a bot campaign under way to drive division and dissent on the left to weaken the ability to galvanize for the midterms. Look for similar ideas and language, particularly calling the Democrats fascists and using the term “goons” seems to be a hallmark.
libs are all "we have to vote for democrats in the midterms to stop the fascism" while democrats are eulogizing the fucking gestapo

Trump's speech about the shooting in DC veered into him attacking the Somali community in Minnesota, which of course had nothing to do with the shooting. Gives away his bigoted game.

Didn’t the FBi pull a lot of personnel from anti terrorism to put them on deportations?

Actually the whole security establishment pivoted

If Trump hadn’t deployed the National Guard under false pretenses, these guardsmen wouldn’t have been shot and fighting for their lives. And these men took bullets for Trump, an attack inspired by Trump’s policies and actions. It’s is a grave injustice.

Let our National Guard go home.

By his own standards and his insistence on scapegoating and blaming, Trump should either explain why he and his administration granted Asylum to the DC shooter suspect SEVEN MONTHS AGO, fire Noem and Homan and apologize - or Trump should resign

If shooting 2 National Guardsmen is a tragedy and an act of terrorism that produces swift federal response, why not the shooting of many elementary school children? Why in the second instance the call is always to keep politics out of it, not to act rashly in the heat of the moment? Prayers only

While Trump is ordering the FBI to investigate U.S. Senators over a video reminding military members they don’t have to follow illegal orders, it might be worth noting that “I was only following orders” was rejected as a defense at the Nuremberg Trials.

In 2022, Donald Trump sued me and others associated with the Clinton campaign for RICO. We did not cave. We fought. First, we won in a Florida trial court. Today, we won in the 11th Circuit.

To the law firms, media corps and billionaires who bow down: Learn a lesson. Have some dignity and fight.

Trump, Hegseth, and Republicans think their meltdown shows strength, but it’s the opposite. They’re showcasing decorated Democratic veterans like Mark Kelly who make them look small and petty. They should pay more attention to lowering grocery prices than ridiculous threats of court-martialing.

The good news: the president has pardoned the turkey.

The bad news: two hours later the turkey was arrested for running a ponzi scheme and committing acts of gross sexual imposition.

Once again: the House GOP has not passed a full appropriations package since Kevin McCarthy became speaker (and Biden was POTUS). Their failure to fulfill the basic functions of Congress didn't start with Trump. He just weaponized their inherent meekness.

Holy shit. So Elon decides it would be nice to know what region of the world people are posting from. So they add that little feature.
2 hours later they figure out that many Trump supporters with millions of followers are posting from other countries. Surprise!
That "feature" is now gone.
