And they should. Dealing with BOTH my parents in the ICU at Kaiser Roseville at the same time in 2023 from 2,000 miles away was a nightmare. There was no one available to talk to me ever. Took like a week before an exasperated doctor asked me if anyone had discussed hospice with me for my dad

My dad was born in Chicago. When I was 14 the two of us took a train from Sac to Chicago to go to Wrigley! This is why the Giants (besides going to games sometimes because live baseball) never really mattered in my house and how I can be a Dodgers fan today
