if you're on mac I recommend holding off updating to macOS 26 because running any electron app causes the entire OS to stutter 😆

Nintendo does skeuomorphism pretty well in my opinion. It is not translucent like Apples approach in iOS 26, which helps it a lot.

I'd recommend something with a Bosch motor. They really care about you having a good experience. Got my motor replaced outside of warranty.
If I were to get a new bike. Personally I would look for something with a belt drive. Less maintenance.
But my Cube Nuride Pro is excellent and staying.
