It is a bit hard to find a browser that is not based on either Chromium or Firefox.

However for Firefox, you can find distributions such as Librewolf, Waterfox and more that don't include telemetry and other bullshit, like AI in your case.

I'd assume you could find something similar for Chromium

Perhaps, if you already have an older SDK installed you can use the dotnet-install.sh script to install a newer version. Haven't tried on Linux though.

Good luck, looking at the AUR packages, it might need to first move the .NET 9 SDK into a new set of 9.0 specific packages, then make the one without version in the package name the 10.0. Might require a bit of work.
