Due to the unfounded pussy coward attacks to my friend @wapplehouse.bsky.social here on Bluesky I will be making a strike: I won´t publish for a week here. I have no respect for people attacking my friend, which is one of the reasons why I keep social media here #weareallwapplehouse

Parking checklist complete.

All shut down on the other side of the ocean after a delightfully uneventful flight.

My approach and landing from the right seat wasn’t too shabby either (it’s been a while since I got to fly from the left seat now).

Fact: The Dutch are the tallest race of people on earth. Which gives them a distinct advantage when it comes to aircraft maintenance.

Well, week long trip hasn't gone well. 2 hrs delay at ORD for rain in NYC. From there to SEA, where 1st nite at hotel had no heat. Then three accidents on 3 freeways delayed or stopped traffic. Now on 2 hr delay (so far) at SEA for maintenance. Almost certainly will land ORD on "MKE" runway [more]

Acc. to Aviation Herald: when recalculating the true altitude in respect to the ambient air-pressure, the A320 climbed to 350 ft, then descended to 230 ft above sea level. It remains a serious incident nonetheless.

Every day Ngumba has to ride 10 miles down a steep and dangerous mountain on a rusty bike with no brakes. If enough people buy our Unfairtrade Coffee, we'll upload the video. It's absolute comedy gold.

Tonight in 1959, a B-52F bomber out of Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, carrying two thermonuclear bombs on an airborne alert mission collided with a KC-135A tanker while refueling about 12 miles south of Hardinsburg, Kentucky, killing 4 of the 8 crew on the B-52 and all 4 on the KC-135.

Two things.

1. The 777 can be flown with polished aluminum.

2. Why even do a retro jet if it’s not polished aluminum?

Hey look, a shocking headline that’s also BS. Are the satellites really falling at a record pace? Are scientists really raising the alarm? I explain it all in today’s Substack (free):
No, scientists aren't "raising alarms" about SpaceX satellites falling out of the sky
That's what they're supposed to do.
