I did thankfully get a large chunk of drywall for free off buy nothing.

I will have to look and see if there is any wood in the hole. It’s across two studs and maybe he thought attaching to that would be enough? Idk. Not sure he did!

He is not that talented, thankfully. It’s actually a hole the late Greta put in a stairwell wall with her head by failing to corner. Got it fixed and painted years later then Meatball and Pen wrestling on the stairs somehow knocked it open. I was so mad!

This is the small boat launch at Machicomoco State Park on the York River. Water at 1:30 was about 4” over the asphalt path out to the dock. Every other time we’ve been here the tide line was much further out.

You can also buy rolls of precut muslin as a base but definitely more expensive!

There are a few people who have fears about the plastic coatings on thermal receipt paper (what you get from CVS for example) that I think are overblown but plain paper that’s printed on with ink would be fine.

Yeah, we still have separate pots but they’ve gotten REAL particular about use or lose with leave now and I think it’s really shitty.

Weirdly he’s okay with venison which to me is pretty similar but I also just didn’t grow up eating lamb so it doesn’t really register on the “oh I should search that out” mental list.

If your org does separate pots of sick and vacation leave, I think it’s perfectly reasonable to switch! I ended up doing that when I had covid this summer
