This post will be pinned so that new/potential followers would know what I am about:
Iraqi. Feminist. Free Palestine. Fuck Israel. Death To The IDF. Antisemitism is not allowed under any circumstances. This is a safe space for LGBT+ people. Fuck the patriarchy.
Any tips on how to deal with post general elections despair that do not include alcohol or drugs? Because it's been quite rough over here since 11/11.
The rain helped a little but then it stopped.

No one hates the Saudi regime more than I, but this will most definitely piss off Israel so I stan😍
This comes hours, weeks and months after multiple business deals were announced between the Saudi global wealth fund and Trump Org worth several billion dollars. The Saudis are one of the Trump family’s biggest business partners.

The new stage of genocide denial: the genocide that never was is now over, according to the German government. ‘Germany will lift its partial embargo on weapons exports to Israel as of November 24 in a move dependent on the cease-fire, a government spokesman said.’ - Haaretz.

As a staunchly pro-Palestine person who is also staunchly against antisemitism I have long struggled with the rise of the "pro-Palestine" right in America because the way I see it they are exploiting public support for Palestine to camouflage and whitewash their antisemitism.

I teach college students and they are all children to me. Any normal academic would agree!
Like it takes real mental effort to remember my trainees in their late 20s are full on adults with doctoral degrees what is wrong with people

Are men okay? I’m genuinely concerned.
This dude is online openly admitting to being a predator, meanwhile here I am feeling super guilty because I bought shoes I didn’t even need.

PSA:
If I ever post on Bluesky that sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl is actually not that bad please feel free to direct explicit death threats at me.
First I’m sorry that you had such tragic experiences. That’s horrific.

1) if a person on the news, such as a female journalist talks about a topic, does she deserve threats in a joking way?
2) would you believe those acceptable to receive on your account?

Megyn Kelly has a teenage daughter by the way.
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

Your employer is just shit, lady! I totally understand that you've got bills to pay but my God you are sounding desperate and it's not a good look.
"I'm a rando who prefers to believe that everything is a conspiracy and am happy to tell women that I know better than she does how their literal job works" That a news org makes an editorial decision you wouldn't (or I wouldn't) doesn't mean someone is killing a story on behalf of a powerful person
"I write for the New York Times, and I can assure you that we've never buried stories on behalf of powerful people, many of those powerful people being part of NYT management. We only publish what's fit to print, like Zohran's application to Columbia that was leaked by a white nationalist"

I am assuming that all discussions and analysis of Iraq's general elections are being had on the Nazi website, correct?

Political wings of Shi'a militias scored major wins.
Nouri al-Maliki is not going anywhere anytime soon.
Mohammed al-Halbousi is pretty much the king of Iraqi Sunnis.
And despite the fact that incumbent PM Sudani's bloc did well, there's still no guarantee he’ll keep the premiership.
URGENT:
Mumbers of parliamentary seats won by each bloc in Iraq's general elections that were held on Tuesday:
Incumbent PM Sudani's bloc, 46 seats.
Maliki's State of Law, 28 seats.
Sadiqoon (political wing of AAH militia), 27 seats.
Badr Organisation, 18 seats.
Patriotic State Forces, 18 seats.

The bloc of an incumbent Shi'a PM ranking second in the province where Saddam Hussein was born nothing short of extraordinary.
Petition for me to appear on CNN asking in an exasperated tone "Is Iraq heading towards post-sectarianism?" ;-))
Salaheddine (Saddam Hussein's birthplace):
Halbousi's Taqadum Party first.
Incumbent PM Sudani's bloc second (!!!!!!!!!).
Azim third.
