It kind of is, in the sense that there's no *complete* solution, but increasing the number of required participants generally makes conspiracy less likely. It took us 250 years for three to collude. I'd be more worried about one of these bodies *on its own* causing havoc.

Today's #running report: before the storm. I thought I'd need two breaks for this course, so doing it with only one felt like victory. Heart rate high, but not alarm-level high; only 25s in zone 5 (on a hill). Now to settle in for the flood.

I've seen it for fiction, especially very short fiction, but not for essays. Pretty sure I didn't hear it for Toastmasters either, but that was even longer ago. In this case I'm 99% sure it was inspired by AI.

It's beginning to dawn on them that the political equivalent of a pyramid scheme has to end soon. Even the slow marks are starting to notice that the performative cruelty is a distraction, the promises are never kept, and they themselves are being hurt by MAGA. Not good for the grifters.

Even among Republican-appointed judges it was a close thing, and we know that some of those judges are as partisan as the Six Collaborators themselves. In other words, honest judges agree that the Extreme Court is abusing the shadow docket.
