Phew, done! Well that was a long thread.
My main take-away was that it was a lot of urban development platitudes. But what really matters with a plan like this is political leadership commitment. And frankly, I don't see that with this mayor and council.

What happened to bringing light rail to NOB? Ocean View? There were "studies" done with community engagement for more connected transit in the past few years. I guess they've been shelved. Makes a resident wonder why they ever bother attending these things.
