Here, they would probably rule that as equal fault.
Still, if the passengers try to make a bigger deal than it is I've seen them also toss out whole claims for that.

Idk if the rules are different where you are, but here in PNW a rear-ender is almost always ruled as the striking party's fault (so if you were stopped at a sign and he hit you, then you should be in the clear)

I'm in the mood for a particular style of fic. It's Steddyhands where Stede and Izzy gradually start falling for each other.

I have several of the classics (which I will reread) but I'm sure I've missed some.
