He shows her a smoky quartz point, and says it’s like her tusks. Then he holds up a chunk of tiger’s eye, and says it looks like her hair. Then he tells her the last stone he has is his favorite one.

The second page of the comic. Xeh’kah presents a cluster of amethyst, and tells Fay’li that it’s the same color as her eyes. He tells her to take it, hold it to the light, and see how beautiful it is. Fay’li reaches for the crystal, hesitates, then reaches past it to grab Xeh’kah’s shoulder. Xeh’kah, confused, begins to ask Fay’li if she’s alright, but is cut off by her pulling him into a big hug.
