Anduin Wrynn sits on the floor in torn and dirtied clothes, holding his sword Shalamayne at an angle to cut his long blonde hair. strands of hair litter the floor around him. Half of the hair on his head is cut short. He is turned towards a broken mirror, his reflection being Arthas Menethil, recreating Anduin's actions with Frostmourne. There is blood on the mirror and bottles in the dark background. I dont personally like the idea that what connects Anduin to Arthas is just their looks, their blonde hair, but I do think that in his mental breakdown Anduin would be desperate to break ANY connection he may have with the man he is afraid he's become. In any other moment his hair may connect him to his mother or father. A detail to point out is that Arthas is depicted as mirroring Anduin's haircut, but Arthas' hair is not cut at all. Anduin's actions will not free him from his fears. His hair cut will achieve nothing.
