It should work now. I got my MIDI messages in a muddle with the velocity part going to one port and the note number going to another port. That totally confused my MIDI interface too.

...built in so you can code directly on the device in a terminal. The developers have not addressed this so I dont use the Pico as much as I would like to (except for MicroPython occasionally). I'm sure many will find a good use for this new board.

Your right on the Linux SBC bit. I think it will do well for people who are used to coding in the Arduino IDE and want an out the box ready to use self contained solution.
There have been times when I have said why does the RPi Pico not have its own IDE or C programming IDE and file explorer...

WTF!!! An advert just popped up out of nowhere on my phones screen! Not in a message or an app but just out of thin air on the screen. If phone manufacturers think they can do this shit then nobody should buy their phones!
