Putting together my goals for 2026. My weight loss goal is "finish 2026 at or below 235 lbs." But I want to put on muscle so I'm also setting bench press, RDL and deadlift goals plus a cardio goal. Gotta figure out exactly what to set them at.

I think the one thing that makes me think that maybe Trump is actually in the pocket of Russia is the amount of damage he's done to American soft power this term. Now, I still think Trump is just an convenient asshole not an asset but it makes me think for just a second.
