This is simply untenable. There is no way forward with media and political classes captured by the right. Every time someone commits a crime you have to pray it's not an undesirable or it's purge time, then when it turns out to be themselves again they just shrug and wait for the next one.

If Mania III happened today, the show would've ended with Hulk beating Andre, Savage then immediately cashing in a briefcase to win his first world title in 30 seconds, and then him celebrating in the middle of the ring with Steve Guttenberg, setting up a tag match for SNME.
Interesting sign of changing times, in ye olde days it was a big deal to almost always end your biggest shows with big feel good babyface wins. WWE just had two nights of Mania, two of Summerslam, and all four shows ended with what were, at least technically, heels standing tall.
