Either way, people actually use pennies and many small businesses have had trouble getting change now because of Trump ceasing their minting.

People do not use $1 coins.

Possible that he knows his health's declining rapidly & doesn't expect to be alive in 2026.

It's also possible he doesn't care about any laws since he's shown he doesn't care about any laws or anything but himself and more money.
