Congress has completely failed to perform its constitutional role as a check on executive power and is instead actively protecting and enabling a corrupt executive.
That's OUR fault as the American people.
We may get another chance at it in 26.
IF we do, we'd better make it count.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders is doing this now in Senate District 26. She's refusing to allow a special election to fill the seat until after the fiscal session next year.
There is a pending lawsuit over her illegal attempt to block the district from representation.

Also like Texas. Abbott refused to hold a special election after Rep Sylvester Turner died March 5, leaving Congressional District 18 constituents without representation during the budget hearings etc. Taxation without representation until Nov 2025.
