The right to protest is rooted in the most American idea of all: the rejection of absolute rule. Our founders fought a revolution to ensure we would never bow to a king. Defending that principle through peaceful assembly is an act of patriotism. We’re not rejecting America; we're reclaiming it.
King Charles taking care of family business. Cleaning the rats out the attic. Prince Andrew and Princess Sarah Fergusson stripped of all titles due to connections with Epstein.

I’m no Royalist but credit where it’s due.

Good on you David. I’m proud to have you as my Federal Representative. Keep up the great work.
"A shutdown falls on the president's lack of leadership. I mean problems start from the top and they have to get solved from the top. A shutdown means the president is weak."

Umm. Israel is supposed to be one as well, last time I checked. But you’re kinda right. Neither really is.

1. Trump clearly hasn’t been playing attention to Netanyahu at the UN
2. Hamas could be forgiven for being nervous about meeting to consider another peace plan and

Benjamin Netanyahu has outmanoeuvred yet another American president
For all US President Donald Trump's boasts about ending wars and being a worthy candidate for a Nobel Peace Prize, he has failed to end the war in Gaza and build a sustainable future for both Israelis...

Speaker Mike Johnson is delaying the swearing in of the new House Member because she’ll be the 218th vote to force the release of the Epstein Files.

He pretends to be a good Christian man while protecting violent child rapists.
I’ve often wondered why countries should be allowed to abstain from voting. Any clues?

As a former U.S. Public Delegate to the UN, I watched Donald Trump’s speech with profound concern. He treats alliances as transactions and diplomacy as a reality show. This isn't strength; it's a reckless retreat from the world stage. My thoughts:
The Empty Podium: Trump's UN Speech Was a Reckless Assault on the Foundations of Diplomacy
Trump’s United Nations speech was a dangerous monologue that mistakes isolation for strength and noise for leadership.

Re Dictators. Recommend BBC production “Julius Caesar: Making of a dictator”. Draws clear and disturbing comparisons between now and then.

Migrants at a Miami immigration prison have been compelled to kneel to eat food from styrofoam plates “like dogs,” with their hands tied behind their backs.

These ICE officials need to go straight to The Hague.

So. Is it just me? Or have others noticed apologetic posts for voting Trump?

“I didn’t know he would do this” is the general catch cry.

Trump is doing exactly what he said he would do. No end of commentary amplified what he could do.

The only unknown was how effectively he would/could to do it.
