Today I left the house for the first time since Wednesday. Now about to go back to bed because it’s taken it out of me. Flu is wild. I have spent a lot of time today feeling like I’m watching myself from above and like I’m not really here. It completely messes you up.

How is there anyone out there reading this article who thinks Linehan is even slightly sane? And the sort of person to rally behind?
No one comes out of this interview looking great - but I think it's an important guide to the colours of transphobia.

"Just a bit transphobic" like the interviewer
"Middle class activist transphobia" like Sarah Ditum
"All consuming obsession" like Graham Linehan

Congratulations to @GoodLawProject.bsky.social for getting Britain's broadcasting regulator to take some action

I’ve tested positive for influenza A. The closest to this that I’ve felt is when I had swine flu. I had the flu jab but the virus got me anyway. Can’t leave bed, can pick up my phone for very brief periods. It is utterly horrendous and anyone who say they have flu and is still walking, doesn’t.

The Telegraph in particular has a limitless appetite for the "after I spend my gigantic salary on ski trips and private school fees I'm actually poor" article.
the next couple of days are going to see a hell of a lot of "the rich declare themselves poor"

Tell me you’re incapable of independent thought without telling me…
I think at this point if you're including Diane Abbott - a woman who has never held government office, has been a backbencher since 2020, and is scarcely a government ally - on your list of political wrongdoers, we all know exactly what your real concerns are

Anyone out there who still think these “gender critical” activists are protecting women needs to start seeing what’s right in front of them. They do not want to protect you, they want to control you and define you by your biology.
Kathleen Stock has written an article against "abortion permissiveness". She claims abortion requires "justification" saying the state should limit "unacceptable decision-making" by women about their own bodies.

This is who anti-trans activists proclaim as the feminist thought leaders of our time.

One in six people living in the UK were born abroad. Quite a few more are their family members. A lot more are their friends and colleagues. Some people don't like this. Instead of telling them to get stuffed, as we should, we've built the whole political consensus around pleasing them.

Reminder - this doesnt just affect trans people.

Hannah Botterman is a icon and English legend - is scared to go to the loo alone in case people now challenge her.

And this advice would entirely empower them.

Racists and people exploiting this are the problem and the fact that the government cannot see it is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe I had high hopes for this government in July 2024. Someone get me out of this hell hole.
No, I'd say it's racists and those pandering to them.

The emails have Summers reporting to Epstein about his attempts to date a Harvard economics student & to hit on her during a seminar she was giving.
