Advised that this is widespread and has happened a lot of people. I have to rely on nursery allowing us to continue with the free hours until it’s fixed and if they don’t I have to apply for compensation, so there’s a good chance I’ll be out of pocket, which is money that I do not have.

Having a tax free childcare and free hours nightmare. Reconfirmed on 23rd Sept but a technical glitch means it only submitted for one child. I can’t reconfirm for the other and have now lost my tax free child care and free hours until they fix it, might be 42 days @martinlewis.moneysavingexpert.com

I can't quite get my bearings with this article. I understand that a school recently judged outstanding in every category might be more positive about Ofsted in general, but this feels just a little too full of praise for the new framework.

It will be similarity and difference because of the comparing early civilisations! I’m not sure my practise will be as good as yours!

As Yom Kippur ends, it is terrible that a holy day has seen people killed at a place of worship in Manchester

I hope many of us will express solidarity + support for Jews in Britain, and work with them + those of every faith and none to deepen our efforts to tackle antisemitism, hatred + extremism
To everyone in Britain's Jewish Community: you are not alone.

We will not let hate or those who spread it win.

We stand with you

The absolute state of comedians performing at this. Jimmy Carr, what a surprise. A hot bed of middle aged men who think the only way to be relevant is to lean to the right.

The idea that someone can become British but never English is so agonisingly stupid that it makes me fear for the future of the species.

Very good stuff from Sadiq Khan at the Labour Irish society event. He said there are two reasons he loves coming to Labour Conference.

“One is the reception at the Labour Party Irish Society reception.

“The second is to get away from all the Sharia Law in London”

Today: 5 lessons, dashing home for HA webinar to find road home blocked, dashing back to work to do webinar, dashing home from work for bedtime, Pilates, Morrisons for groceries, eat my dinner, sit down to Slow Horses and then there’s a power cut affecting the whole area. Thank god for nice candles.

Is there a primary teacher still up and not attending my webinar who has a spare 10 minutes please?!

Completely normal country where I wake up every day and see some polling asking people whether or not I should be allowed to live here and and exactly how much of a scourge to society I am. Very cool. I feel great, actually.

I've no other way of putting this than fuck right off. What the ever loving hell is this? The "autism problem" Please yeet yourself into the sun post haste.
Trump's diatribe was rooted in eugenic conspiracy theories aimed at eliminating autistic individuals, like myself. Fuck right off.
