And this is why I will take absolutely no shit at all from anyone who says they won't vote for whoever wins the Dem primary in 2028 because they don't like their position on their pet issue.
"Hey, what's wrong? I covered up my Hitler tattoo with Mussolini's face!"
I'm not the one calling Bernie a centrist.
Bernie is still endorsing him, so it's not "centrists".
He sounds like he's dumb as a box of rocks with judgment to match.

I don't get why anyone wants him to continue this campaign.
Also, I absolutely recognize there's a possibility he could be a Sinema or Fetterman. Is that clear?

But I *know* what a Republican will do, 100%.

And what a Republican will do is worse.
You can go back and read what I said and then stop putting words in my mouth.

Also, look up the definition of the word "if," as that would be quite helpful for this discussion.
Shut. Your. Mouth.

He has a Nazi tattoo. Disqualifying for several reasons:

- Too ignorant to know what it was
- No effort to fix or remove it
- Pathetic excuses on why he has it
- Coupled with past posts on Reddit, he's not fit for the Senate.

Should he be homeless? No. But the bar is higher.
"Why don't you like Bernie and those leftists, Bill?"

This is why. I can't stand vets who use this excuse for their behavior, and for Bernie to make this comment when he never served is just as bad.

Disown the guy with the Nazi tattoo. It's not hard.

As a retired Marine I absolutely HATE it when servicemembers use this excuse to justify or rationalize their actions.

I have no respect for anyone who does this, regardless of party affiliation.

Bernie's comment is also pathetic, especially since he never served himself.
Well, we won four-nil, so maybe no more previews?

🤣🤣🤣
Not what I did at all. Not sure how you got there.
Back in 2017 I listened to their pod for a while, but I quit many years ago, mainly because of Lovett. He's totally insufferable. I'm embarrassed I used to like it now.
Yeah, and like I said, I don't want him to win, I won't support him, he's my least favorite candidate of the names that are floating around now.

But IF he wins the primary, I will vote for him then because he's better than any possible Republican.

Not close to a "Gavin or bust" philosophy.
A current example would be Trump winning when some people on the left were saying Harris would be just as bad for Palestine.

Completely and utterly false, but there's still people on here who believe that. It's ridiculous.
Far more people will be "thrown under the bus" in every demographic if a Republican wins.

And however bad Newsom is, he still won't implement policies like whichever Republican that wins would. I don't know how to explain it better.
So, be prepared that he could win the primary, and that could be who we get, unfortunately.

negotiation and improvement than any Republican would be also.

Having said that, I'll reiterate I don't want him to win the primary, but based on my Facebook feed which is more liberal and conservative than what I see here, he's far more visible and well known that other potential candidates.
But if he wins the primary, I'm voting for him.

There is no conceivable universe where he would be as bad as any Republican on any issue, even trans people. Any Republican will be far worse on literally every issue, and the issues Newsom is bad on, he will be far more open to
I can only speak for myself and what I've seen here, but I have not seen one person say anything like "Gavin or bust."

I personally, will not vote for or support him in the primary as I don't like what he's said about trans people, and a few other things.

So the pro-Palestinian folks are sticking by him somewhat?

How... unsurprising.
That's all anyone can ask.

I will say as a retired Marine, I am sick of seeing "PTSD" rolled out from veterans or for veterans to excuse their terrible behavior or decisions, at least in matter like this.
A related story for you, sir.

When I went to USMC Officer Candidate School in 2000 as a prior enlisted candidate, one of the other priors with me was a Scout Sniper, and we were practically rackmates as our last names ended in "H", so we got to know each other well.

A common thing back then for Scout Snipers to do was /1
And it’s not just marines who weren’t familiar with the historical roots of the tat. It was Obama-era officials who didn’t include them as red flags in their physical entry exams or background checks. As Platner explains here. x.com/podsaveameri...
