We're doing everything "right" but doctors aren't returning calls, paperwork is going missing, balls are being dropped that we never had a hand in keeping up with. We're calling and calling and calling but everything's automated, everythings "we'll get back to you" and they never do.
I'm sorry, I wish I had better news, but right now we're desperately trying to get dad into hospice or something because we aren't capable of caring for him like he needs to be cared for and I can't bear to see my mom being put through the wringer like this.
