I'm liberal, egalitarian, and I think it's good to talk. If we had bacon, we could have bacon and eggs, if we had eggs.

But he won't. There'll always be someone from the richer end of MAGA, a rich donor who buys into the obscene libel, or can't bear to see the fat scumbag in reduced circumstances.

It's interesting how the very rich tend to be the ones who turn out to be unable or unwilling to pony up when they are ruled liable. With amounts of this magnitude - see also Michelle Mone in the UK - we need instant action as deterrent for stalling.

Agreed that Young is very timid.I don't think panellists should be asking the presenter to control other contributors. Once you start that, everybody will abuse it. It's up to the host. I don't see why allowing a guest to destroy the discussion is good for ratings.

Interesting thought that Nandy should have gone to Young.

My opinion, FWIW, is that she's a terrific correspondent, but like Kuenssberg, like Fiona Bruce, she isn't a natural chair - you have to be able to impose authority, and whatever you think of their politics, none of them have that. Jo Coburn did but even she struggled with some of panellists.

If Tories (and #ReformUk are just as bad) have so little confidence in their own arguments that they have to suppress everyone else, they shouldn't be on TV. And the #BBC shouldn't book them.

#BBCPoliticsLive Richard Holden's behaviour on this morning's programme was boorish. Performative outrage, shouting over #LisaNandy, interrupting, ignoring the presenter when she tried to bring him under control. "Shouting like an angry man in a pub",(Nandy), did angry men in pubs no favours.

I'd settle for support for independent vets - the majority of vets are now owned by large corporate interests. For smaller practices, the cost of the technology is prohibitive. But in my experience, their charges are below the corporate practices.

#politicslive Yet again another right wing panellist shouting down another contributor. This time #LisaNandy has handed him his arsenal- "shouting like an angry man in a pub" 👏 #BBC has to get a grip of the behaviour of contributors. If they persist in intemperate rudeness, don't book them.

Mick, this Labour government has so impoverished the people that they have to use our beloved flag as a cape, to guard against the onset of autumn's chill. When hypothermia claims their lives, they will at least have the comfort that they will ascend the celestial stair like Englishmen.

I think there's a convoluted chain of causation in Reeves head, that if they raise taxes, then blame Brexit, people will stop voting for Reform. I do not subscribe to her optimism as to the merit of this approach...

Also they should never got rid of the original music. The modern version sounds like a filler on a James Last album.

Maybe not just the crypto industry, but the word social media sells us: influencers apparently living glamorous, lucrative lives without the inconvenience of a job, tech bros wallowing in unimaginable wealth, while our own standard of living drops. Did Parker he did even have a mens rea?

"Yes, PM, but our viewers will want to know..." The BBC's Weasel Words Du Jour.

Without wishing to minimise the complicated process if rejoining, it's worth pointing out to the government that there is a way of making the impact less long lasting.

Don't forget "By the way, and if she (Hillary Clinton) gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks.
"But the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know."

That was when he joked about assassinating a political rival.

For a man who considers himself the Dealmaker Supreme, he's manically determined to turn what for everyone else would be a negotiation into a pissing up the wall contest.

Hated that. Hated it, Wordle, d'ye hear?
