Like yes fascism is here but a lot of getting through this moment is going to be about giving up conveniences because they come as the expense of other people or extra expense to yourself. There is no such thing as a soft life in a capitalist system without SOMEONE being exploited.

Honestly the best way to save on groceries is just to become an ingredients only household. It’s expensive on the front end but you can get the most out of your food that way.

I respect it.

While there may be some overlap because of capitalism & patriarchy, it is NOT the same as dating/finding a life partner.

Confusing the two has been detrimental, IMO.
