tip for those new to bluesky: follow trans women with perfect opinions and perky tits
Oh my gosh your cat looks just like my boy 🥹
Inside of you are two wolves
One needs subtitles.
The other finds them distracting.
You have ADHD
Yes, but we can't ignore patriarcal oppression of women as a core component of that christian nuclear family. That's only possible if everyone has a very narrow understanding of gender/gender roles and how to perform it.

Challenging that notion is how their cookie crumbles because it's foundational
Partially agree w this. I also think that queer people in general and particularly trans people challenge the worldview necessary to achieve the kind of social order those people want.

Seeing a lot of takes about why fascists are targetting trans and autistic people specifically.

Occam's razor: there is no plot. Fascists need outgroups to bully in order to look strong and to distract from their failures.

They'll pick on whoever is an easy target, and they'll never be satisfied.
My hairdresser asked me about Flesh and Blood last night and BOY did everyone in the entire salon had to endure the infodumping that followed 😂😂😂
Dammit they beat me to it 😂
If Tylenol really caused autism I'm pretty sure the US would have much better train transportation options by now.
Don't lowball me, I know what I have

From Milton Mayer's "They Thought They Were Free"

I first read it in November and I'm rereading it now. It crushing feeling the exact same things as this academic did. It's the same process.
Time to go play some more FaB today 🫡😊
I agree. I feel like if hypothetically there was a guy named Adam who could get you one, I really think he should because you earned it being a very good girl.
People are now saying we should beat dogs to death even more...

The End

*This is not related in any way to current events
You are confused, you wonder if they've ever owned a dog, or if they've ever had to experience the kind of fear you've been going through because of that guy.
They do not care, and your relief is seen as proof that you are a bad person.
Your friends look at you like you are a monster. They tell you that he did nothing wrong, that he was just expressing himself. They tell you that he was a great guy and even had some good ideas.
You talk to your friends about how relieved you are that this guy isn't around anymore to talk about beating your dog to death. Happy, even, that he can't convince more people to come hurt your dog.
You know it's not over, you know there are plenty of people who want to beat dogs to death still, and policies continue being enacted to facilitate hurting dogs in other ways.
Things start to get worse until one day, something terrible happens to that guy, and he dies.
You breathe a sigh of relief. You look at your dog, he is still there, he is still safe, you love him so much.
