Yeah! I'm working with a Lithuanian agency right now on that, actually. But they might be limited to Lithuanian documents only. Maybe I can find a German firm who could get it for me... Damn WW2 moving people all over the place. :<

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I was doing some initial digging and it seemed that official government stuff like obtaining birth records is very strictly German-only. :<

It's a bit awkward, he was born a couple of years after WW2 in a relocation/resettlement camp. I don't speak German, and I don't have the fainest clue how to start trying to obtain it. ;^;
