Ignoring an order is not an option. They have to affirmatively refuse to obey. What illegal order? Courts are letting admin federalize. So those orders are lawful. If you are thinking about the TRO against ICE to leave press alone and then ICE took down that producer, that's a whole different story

Another supernova remnant from the Large Magellanic Cloud, seen by Hubble and Chandra in visible, near-infrared, and x-ray light. This time I've overlapped two color images together, because I heard you like color so I put color in your color so you can look at color while you look at color.

Hubble data from the following proposal was used to create the image:
A Search for Surviving Companions of Type Ia Supernovae in the Large Magellanic Cloud

Red: .30-.70 keV
Green: .70-.80 keV
Blue: .80-4.20 keV

Insult upon injury. National Guard have to follow orders even if they aren't getting paid. But we can all imagine what no pay does to moral esp when these NG have seen DC NG reduced to picking up trash & they see the deluded disconnect btwn "war ravaged" and facts on the ground.

Does potus decision to federalize state NG get deferential review? Looks like yes bc otherwise potus not ready to go if intelligence scenario comes true. This would cover interstate movement. But a potus decision to deploy staged NG which is untethered to facts on the ground? No deference coming

Appellate courts are starting to defer to the president's decision WHETHER to federalize NG but not WHEN or HOW to actually deploy them. I bet appellate courts will require the decision to deploy not to be based on delusional scenarios completely untethered from the facts on the ground at the time.
