I still don't really understand HRV but if you Google my readings from when I first purchased a Fitbit then the AI overview panics and tells me I'm dying so I presume I'm getting a little better.

Every time I read an FDR speech it breaks my heart to see someone who assumes his audience is actually capable of understanding complex ideas and interested in learning more.
We have got to make politics intellectual again. It is the only way that societies thrive is when politicians have the capability to actually think and reflect deeply:
