Give people homes first. Providing small apartments to those in need, they cut costs & helped rebuild their lives.
Stable housing reduced hospital visits, emergency services, & other crisis costs.

I agree and have consistently found the vast majority of people ,even the more educated ones,are ignorant of the reserved powers and the powers taken from the devolved governments after Brexit We need a full public information programme
