Nearly 90% of cases before the family courts in England & Wales show evidence of domestic abuse, a watchdog has disclosed.
Physical, psychological or sexual abuse of a family member was uncovered in 87% of cases, according to a review ordered by England’s domestic abuse commissioner, Nicole Jacobs.
