I feel like we don't talk about how some cases just can never been seen by SCOTUS because all of the Justices are tied to certain companies and have to excuse themselves. Book deals are the most obvious one for me, but there's so many other examples.

Update on the trip. Coming home we hit traffic at 94 and the airport where a car hit the back of a semi and was totaled 😔😔😔
As I’m half way through a 6 hour round trip road trip to pick up a turkey for Thanksgiving I’m reminded how European moots are amazed at the size of the US. And this drive is all just in Michigan.
