What It Sounds Like from KPop Demon Hunters gives me trans/queer vibes, which is a big part of why I like it so much.

The refrain in particular (Beauty in the broken glass, etc.) feels like a metaphor, intentional or not, for the hardships and joys of gender discovery.

I find headlines like this ridiculous, because it acts as if the TV industry didn’t train younger generations to prefer YouTube. When you cancel shows people love, when you don’t listen to audiences, and when you don’t invest in audience but rather cater to shareholders, the audience will leave.

The Hollywood Reporter Headline: YouTube just ate TV. It’s only getting started.
