majority of the time if an artist is trying to sell more work even though they have a backlog of incomplete work, it’s not because they don’t want to do the backlog of work. it’s probably more likely they’re trying to keep food on the table so they can actually work on the backlog without starving

but i've been thinking about drawing a big visually sumptuous tf sequence featuring me becoming my Kin of Kins and that could be the best of both worlds. a personally meaningful picture that has the deeper approach to notions of identity and cartoonishness but is still of obvious visual merit

frustrating thing about being an ex-anti babyfur is that you know how these people think, there's no basis in reality, it's all moral panics and OCD and distrust of everyone around you and living in a panopticon and it's almost impossible to get pulled out
