I was just about to come on here to mention that to you!

Be great to see him on the show.
It seems only fair.

Hope your day gets better soon Chris!

Dad’s books are full of empathy, common sense, and a healthy suspicion of the powerful. But at its heart his work is also about how systems keep people poor while pretending it’s their own fault. So I hope Kemi’s taking notes as well as reading the jokes.

Pumpkin spice lattes, chunky knits, and Rangers releasing a statement containing ‘confirms that it has parted company with’
For what it's worth, I love your posts. I'm just not on socials as much these days.
Rubbish game.
Lovely sunset.
Beautiful Halkett.

They're like gold dust here (central Edinburgh). One retailer told me they sell out the minute they come in.

Although my six year old son was very excited to discover a new Pokemon shop is opening here in a couple of weeks.
Fully deserved. Has had a great start to the season. Performed really well and brilliant commitment.

I also like the idea that there are still gems to be had in the lower leagues in Scotland if you look hard enough.
You sing his praises, and that of other awesome musicians. What's not for him to like?
Sorry! It's still one of my favourite music moments.

The restraining order will be totally worth it!
I also managed to meet him and get a photo when he was touring his book.
You 100% should. Treat yourself!
I last saw him two years ago, whe he was touring the last record. He played the Usher Hall here in Edinburgh, and we had seats a few rows from the front.
It was superb. Wish they'd do it again!
Time & Money and Guess You Heard, although I need to go back and rediscover this album. There was a whole lot of real life going on when it was released.
There's Always Someone Cooler Than You and All U Can Eat.

Although with The Divine Comedy also one of my favourite bands, Ben's version of Songs of Love is right up there. Saw them touring that one together. Still one of my favourite gigs.
You Don't Know Me, Cologne and Kylie from Connecticut.

Although I like a lot of the alternative versions too!
PS Absolutely love that cover.
Congrats on the anniversary!

Does that make you retro? 😜

Movies of Scotland: Robin Williams tries out Irn-Bru on the set of 'Being Human' in 1994. Directed by Bill Forsyth.
I'm very confident you will have. 😊 Going to give it a listen at the weekend, when I've got time to do so properly!
