I've tried so hard to meet all my goals but when one of them is essentially "did you get other people to fix things" & you have the most non-compliant people under your purview, what are you supposed to do? All I could say was "people don't do what I ask. I will pester them to fix things even more".

Of course that isn't an acceptable answer so the official one is "I learned to better manage my time +be more efficient" but. I know in my head & my heart.

Saturday I spent 2hrs at the library processing paperwork & drafting emails to send this morning, & I worked an hour extra Friday, for example!

Love the review question of "list difficulties & how you overcame them." The answer to how i overcame the difficulty of not being able to do everything in work hours was skipping lunch about half the time & doing a lot of work after hours or on the weekend, prepping things to send during work hours!
