Playtesting can help you:
- Make sure people are taking away what you want them to from your story
- Balance combat encounters on a proper curve
- Ensure your UI/UX is as intuitive as it needs to be
- Find out where people are getting stuck when they shouldn't be

... and so much more!
I’ve seen small and new devs scared to show unfinished games because they might “spoil them.” If your audience is just your friends, then that might be true. But don’t you want your player base to be somewhat larger than that?

Playtesting is the secret weapon to making a good game!
Indie Dev Tip of the Day: playtesting isn't just about finding bugs. You don't know if your game is good until many people have ratified it. Until it consistently lands for large numbers of your testers - and don't forget to include new ones every time.

I genuinely can't overstate how big a deal it is to see a first party Nintendo game feature a dedicated Accessibility menu like this, so well thought out, detailed in depth before game release.

There is literally no precident for this from Nintendo.

This is a huge leap forward.
Watching through the second Kirby Air Riders Nintendo Direct because I was told they discussed accessibility features during it.

First thing I have spotted, 40 ish mins in, there's a setting to slow down the speed of gameplay.

Friendly reminder de que cambiar el horario no cambia el número de horas de luz disponibles, que son siempre las que son, que poner el horario de verano en invierno no nos haría mágicamente vivir con más luz y piruletas gratis. Lo que hace falta es trabajar menos horas y es una lucha distinta.

Íbamos en el bus camino al colegio, mis hijas (5 y 7) estaban jugando entre ellas.
