UPDATE TO THIS
Just discovered that left handed mouse is actually in the game (and left handed split gyro) it just is tied to which stick is used for movement
So left handed mouse can be done by mapping the right stick to move

@commandersterling.bsky.social's mentions of the dark souls "git gud" mentality were especially important to me, this whole idea for an unplayable game started forming WAY back when elden ring released, and accessibility was interpreted as this "easy mode" that compromised the developers' vision

Finally, six months after Unbound's collapse, I am starting to little by little recieve the remaining warehouse stock of Things I Learned From Mario's Butt and Who Hunts the Whale, a few boxes at a time.
The plan is to make signed copies available, once I work out the best way to price postage etc.

My mum's done over 38 years for GirlGuiding. A Queen's Guide, she ran Brownie troupes, was a commissioner, even had her Brownie troupe at her wedding.
Tonight, bc of this decision, she has requested immediate removal of her membership because she stands with ALL women and girls, not just cis ones.

So, from what I've seen so far he, and other NPCs, are a really minor element of the game.

im not sure how many people were actually expecting Him Specifically to be a "major element" of the game, the backlash was moreso just the principle of his inclusion and the (seemingly confirmed?) inclusion of other NPCs thrughout the game undermining metroids design dna

Not had a chance to test this. I suspect not but will check later today.
Not that I was going to get a Switch 2 for mouse mode but this definitely is a feature I just can't use. Unless they support 3rd party mice via Bluetooth or USB?

Wasn't possible at the initial hands on event either, but will test left handed mouse support when able today.
one thing i'm curious about is if it allows for mouse use with the left joy-con as the mouse. i'm left-handed and use the mouse with the left hand too but when i tried the game at gamescom i was just told that wouldn't be possible for the demo :(
