The USA would have to take us by force because doing it any other way will require a referendum (aka Brexit) and a majority voting yes. Quebec tried twice to leave Canada in my lifetime and both attempts were met by a majority vote (although really slim the first time) to stay.
Neither the mainstream press nor our political system seem to have digested the fact that the U.S. president is trying to illegally annex a NATO ally using economic coercion.

Wow. A territory of the US with no political representation. This is really what it is all about. I think it is going to get very dangerous to be a Canadian driving around in the USA and it is going to get dangerous very fast. Snowbirds come home?

I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.

Putting the finishing touches on our next sewing pattern! Took lots of testing to get the parts perfect and the skill level is easy/beginner! Can be made with or without visor, chinstrap and the top can be embellished with trims like ears, pom pom or little hunter loop like this one. #sewing
