It sounds a lot like the unethical experimentation on Africans by Henry Heimlich involving purposely infecting people with malaria as a purported AIDS cure.
This study is like the Schrodinger's Cat of vaccine research. The Africa CDC says it's been canceled. HHS says it's not.
