I never liked clowns.

I'm annoyed by their refusal to tell car companies how they manage to fit 45 fully grown adults into a tiny clown car.

Think of how amazing it would be to have (say) a compact 2-seater car with the capacity of a coach. But despite the environmental benefits they won't tell.

Oboy.
Akkurat hørt hos en venn: I'm a businessman and decency doesn't enter into it! (Yellowstone).
Og sånn er det også når siviløkonompolitikere vurderer etikk kontra profitt.
Først kom Greed is Good.
Nå er det blitt Greed is God?
Er jeg som nordmann nå bundet til dette? Visst er jeg det.

Enshittification by Cory Doctorov is a shock of a book, even for those of us who already have had it with a lot of the actors.
With loads of horrific examples from Google, Facebook, Amazon, Apple ... he establishes the rot in the state of the Internet.

Andrew Cuomo’s campaign just posted — and quickly deleted — this AI-generated ad depicting “criminals for Zohran Mamdani.”

Features a Black man in a keffiyeh shoplifting, an abuser, a trespasser, a trafficker, a drug dealer, and a drunk driver all declaring support for Mamdani.

If you want to push back against tech's encroachment into every corner of our lives, you have to read books. They're eager to create a future in which most people are illiterate and hooked on slop, a world without imagination or knowledge. Reading is resistance.
