Long story short we had cold ass winters that allowed us to shape our skills plus we had other "cold country" ethnicities (Canadians, etc.) that exaggerated the popularity of hockey to the rest of the nation.

That's why I'm hesitant on getting on meds, citrus is basically the way of life for us Caribbean folks, I'd lose it if I couldn't drink orange juice or mango juice.

One of the interesting things about ADHD meds is that the grapefruit effect affects them too. Just citric acid and ascorbic acid alone will mess with them

Which means, if a person isn't aware, their meds can have wildly different effectiveness for no clear reason, just based on their eating habits
